一 起不動(dòng)或起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速不夠（要求起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速150—190分）

a) 蓄電瓶電力不足，反映電瓶比重不合乎要求，有電壓無電力，電壓降太大。
